"The results were very informative (not entirely positive, as expected, which was why I did the study). The presentation of the data allowed me to easily interpret and identify behavioural changes that would benefit my sleep quality. A few months later I’ve worked on following some of the recommendations, with positive results (confirmed by my spouse!).
Overall, I feel the experience did much more than reveal the problems I suspected I had - it gave me an understanding of the physiological reasons why, and most importantly, clear recommendations of lifestyle changes I could make to improve my health."
