No, you won’t need a physician referral to order mySleepStudy. However, you can print out your study results to share with your doctor after your test.

We’re committed to getting your kit to you as quickly as possible. Your sleep study should arrive within 3 days of your order being confirmed.

No, all shipping costs are included in the purchase price.

We are currently shipping kits across Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba and will be expanding across Canada. If you live outside of these provinces, you can sign up to be notified when we’re available in your area here.

You should receive your results within days. Once we have received your kit back and your results have been reviewed by our team of registered sleep technologists, 
we'll send you an email to let you know your results are ready. 

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Study setup usually takes around 45 minutes. Both video and printed Instructions are included in your kit. If you encounter any problems during setup, our support team is available to help 24/7. You can find our contact information on the back of the Get Started guide included in your kit.

Most people find the equipment allows for a normal sleep and is lightweight and comfortable.  

If you don't feel you have a typical night's sleep, we will still be able to get accurate data. However, we need a minimum of 4 hours of recording time.

If for some reason your study was unsuccessful, we will provide another study to you at no additional charge (including the cost of shipping). 

We don't provide treatment for sleep apnea. However, we can directly connect you with a treatment provider in your area.

mySleepStudy is powered by the Prodigy Sleep System and Prodigy Digital Sleep Analysis which are both Health Canada approved Class II Medical Devices. All results are reviewed by a certified sleep technologist.

The equipment included in your study monitors the following: electroencephalography (EEG), ORP Sleep Depth, breathing, leg movements, body position, heart rate and oxygen. This provides the most comprehensive home analysis of your sleep available.
